Eligibility: The Rapporium Loyalty Program is open to all customers who create an account on the Rapporium website. By creating an account, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Earning Rap Points: Customers can earn 5% rewards in the form of Rap Points on all purchases made on the Rapporium website. 1 Rap point is equal to 1 dollar value. Rap Points are calculated based on the total purchase price of the order, excluding shipping fees, taxes, and any discounts or promotional offers applied.
Redemption of Rap Points: Customers can redeem their Rap Points on the cart or checkout page of the Rapporium website. Rap Points are valid for lifetime and have no expiration date. However, Rap Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another customer’s account.
Deduction of Rap Points: If a customer cancels an order or receives a refund, the Rap Points earned on that purchase will be deducted from the customer’s account balance. If a customer has used Rap Points to pay for a purchase and then returns the product, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the Rap Points used in the transaction.
Rap Points Balance and Activity: Customers can view their Rap Points balance and activity on the “My Rap Points” page of their account. The Rap Points balance reflects the total number of Rap Points earned and redeemed, as well as any deductions made due to refunds or cancellations.
Limitations: A customer can earn a maximum of 5 Rap Points for every dollar spent on the Rapporium website. A customer can refer up to 10 friends in a month, and for each referral, the customer will earn 50 Rap Points once the referral makes a purchase.
Termination or Modification: Rapporium reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. In case of termination, all outstanding Rap Points will expire and cannot be redeemed for any value.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to the Loyalty Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
Final Decision: Rapporium has the final decision-making authority for all matters related to the Loyalty Program, including but not limited to eligibility, earning, redemption, and termination of the program.
