When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

Yes, we only manufacture high quality real jewelry made with real gold, silver or platinum. All comes with a quality stamp.

Sure, just leave us a message whenever you need pictures of your order. Or, you can add a note at the time of placing an order by saying “please send videos of the product before shipping”. Please provide your whatsapp or telegram number to send videos/pics.

Handling, Shipping & Delivery FAQ

Generally, it takes approx 2 weeks to manufacture any piece of custom jewelry. However, in some cases it can be faster or takes longer too.

International shipping takes approximately 7 to 9 business days in most of the regions.

You’ll have the product on your hand in approx 3 weeks from the date of order. (count it longer if you modifies designs or anything in your order)

We mostly ships with UPS, FedEx or USPS.

All the orders are 100% insured until they reaches to your door. You’ll get 100% money back or replacement if your order doesn’t reaches you.

We provide free international shipping to more than 50 countries in the world, including USA, Canada, UK, Australia & more.

We’ll not be responsible for any duty/taxes charged by importing country customs. As it’s widely unorganised charges, we can’t estimate that for each countries. (For USA, import duty is approx 6%)

Sure, without checking CAD Designs, there’s no meaning of making customs. We want to offer you the best and as per your referances.

Yes, you can request for design updates 2 times for a single request.

Designing takes effort & costs. We takes some design charges but we do refund it towards your order if you places one.

Yes, all our jewelry will come with authenticity certificate by Rapporium’s Lab. Additionally, we also offer IGI/SGL certification on request. (It’ll add days in processing time )

Yes, we do not manufacture or sells any machine made jewelry. All our jewelry is handmade , hand crafted by expert artisans.

Yes, we offer engraving services at free of cost. You can request either via product page or add a note on checkout page.

Cashback Offer / Rap Points FAQ

Rapporium offers 5% cashback on each orders via website as “Rap Points” as loyalty bonus which can be redeemed on any next purchases, valid lifetime.

Rap points is a name of our loyalty program points, which you can earn on every order you place with Rapporium.

It’s simple. On cart or checkout page, you’ll be asked to redeem points. Add the value which you want to redeem. I.E If you’ve a balance to 500 Rap points, you can redeem all or partial. And, the same amount will be deducted towards your order amount.

No Glitches, your Rap points are valid lifetime, as we want to offer you full convenience on when to spend them.

Sorry, Rap Points is a loyalty bonus you received from us. It can not be converted to cash or can not be transferred to any other account.

Layaway/Deposits Plan FAQ

At Rapporium, we offer a layaway plan where customers can reserve an item they want to purchase by making a deposit and paying off the balance over time. This allows customers to purchase the item they want without having to pay for it all at once.

Go to any product and choose how you want to pay by selecting the plan that suits you best. 

You can get max 4 months layaway plan. However, if you need more time, please reach us and we’ll do the best possible time.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation FAQ

We take the maximum care of your orders so that you never need to return any products. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return the item in 14 days after delivery.. You can read more about our refunds & returns policy here  (please note that custom orders can’t be returned as they are specifically made for you)

We’ll bear the cost of return if the product you receive is different that you ordered or having some manufacturing defect. If it’s just a change of mind return, you’ll have to bear return shipping charges.

Once we receive the return shipment, we’ll inspect it and you’ll receive refund in 48 hours if everything is perfect.

No, we don’t offer exchanges as it’s an international transactions.

You can cancel order before shipping of the product. However, custom orders can’t be cancelled as they are specifically made for you.
