Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rapporium. We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. This means that you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging, including all certifications, freebies, tags and labels. 
  • Please note that items that show signs of wear or that have been resized, engraved, or modified in any way cannot be returned.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Any custom ordered/items will only be refunded if they comes with manufacturing defect or damaged. Custom item means any item which is personalised or made specifically for a particular customer.
  • We’ll bear return shipping costs if the item received by you is damaged or defected. If you made a return request for damaged or defective item, you will need to provide a proof which shows that the item is damaged/defective upon delivery. Failure to provide the proof may result in declining of return requests.
  • We always encourage our customers to record a video of the package while opening it. It can assure you for the refunds & returns if anything goes wrong.
  • If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, or if we’ve made an error with your order, we will provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping fees, upon verification of the issue.
  • If you’ve changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees. As we offer free shipping at the time of purchase, it doesn’t mean that the shipping cost will not be deducted at the time of return. We take a standard shipping rates to count for returns, which is 50$ at the moment for international (out of India) orders.
  • All the return packages shipped by customers must be DDP only. If we need to pay any taxes in receiving those items, we’ll deduct the amount from your refund.

Return Process :

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and a shipping address for the return.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 4 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) you received are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Cancellations :

  • If you want to cancel the order, please reach us within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • We’ll cancel the order and send you full refund if the item is not shipped yet.
  • If the order has been shipped and you want to cancel the order, you’ll have to submit a return request upon arrival of the package. Note that you’ll bear the return shipping cost in that case.
  • Custom orders are final sale only and can’t cancelled or refunded.
  • We don’t provide direct exchanges as this is an international transactions and shipping costs are very high.

In any case of return or refund, the final decision will be made by Rapporium. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange if we determine that the item has been used, damaged, altered, or is not in its original condition. We also reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item is returned after the allowed time frame or without a valid proof of purchase. We take each case seriously and strive to provide a fair and reasonable resolution to any issues that may arise. Our team will evaluate each return or exchange request thoroughly and will make the final decision based on the condition of the item and the details of the request. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
