Layaway/Deposit Plan Terms
At Rapporium, we offer a layaway plan option to help you purchase your dream jewelry without breaking your budget. Here are some important details you need to know about our layaway plan:
Payment Schedule:
You can choose to pay for your layaway plan in installments over a maximum of 120 days.Down Payment:
We require a minimum down payment of 20% of the total purchase price to initiate the layaway plan.Payment Methods:
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer.Late Payment Fees:
A late payment fee of 10% of the total purchase price will be charged if a payment is not received within 30 days of the scheduled payment date.Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel your layaway plan, we will issue a refund of the payments made as store credit (Rap Points) which you can redeem on any other purchase in entire lifespan.Returns and Exchanges:
Our standard return and exchange policies apply to purchases made through our layaway plan option. Payment made towards custom item is non-refundable in any manner.Product Availability:
Your chosen items will be put on hold for you once the down payment has been received. However, product availability is subject to change until the final payment is made. Layaway guarantees the price of the item, not availability. If the item is not available after your order is completely paid, allow us 2 to 3 weeks to manufacture the item for you.
Please note that failure to make payments or communicate with us regarding your layaway plan may result in the cancellation of your plan and the forfeiture of your down payment.
