Referral Program

1. Eligibility: The Rapporium referral program is open to all customers who have made at least one purchase on our website. Customers must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

2. Referral Discount: Referred customers will receive a special discount of 5% off their first purchase when they use the unique referral code provided by the referee.

3. Referee Reward: The referee will receive a wallet cash back of 5% of the total order value of the referred customer. The wallet cash back can be used towards future purchases on the Rapporium website.

4. Referral Limit: Customers may refer up to 10 friends per month.

5. Refund Deduction: In the event that a referred customer returns or cancels their order for any reason, Rapporium will deduct the corresponding wallet cash back from the referee’s account.

6. Validity Period: The referral discount and reward are valid for  12 months from the date of issue. After this period, they will expire and cannot be used.

7. Fraudulent Activity: Rapporium reserves the right to cancel any referral rewards or discounts if it determines that the referral program is being abused or used fraudulently.

8. Changes to the Program: Rapporium reserves the right to change, modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.

9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved by Rapporium, and its decision will be final.

By participating in the Rapporium referral program, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
